Gemini Carnival Club has been competing for over 25 years but has a major challenge on the horizon, as we must find a new site to build the cart from January 2025.
Can you help? We are looking for c.0.75 acres of land to rent or buy, with or without a barn, within a radius of 8 miles of Ilminster.
If a new home can’t be found, the club will sadly have no choice but to fold. This will be devastating for our members, the local community and local charities who benefit from the annual illuminated carnivals and local events such as the monthly big breakfast.

AboutOur carnival club
Gemini Carnival Club was formed in 1997 with the amalgamation of Aldonvale and Springfield Carnival Clubs. We are a very family oriented club with ages on cart ranging from 10 to over 75. A tremendous amount of work is put in every year by club members and their families to produce some outstanding tableau entries.If you want to get involved in carnival and learn new skills, we are always looking for new members! Get in contact, we are a friendly bunch!

We offer bar services for functions of 100 to 5000.
Our friendly bar staff can serve draught lager and cider, a wide selection of bottled beers, ciders and alco-pops as well as a wide selection of spirits and soft drinks.

FundraisingThe Big Breakfast
It takes a huge amount of money as well as time to put out a cart every year and that means we have to fundraise as much as possible. Why not join us for a delicious breakfast and help raise some funds at the same time?Join us every second Sunday of the month from 9am – 12pm
